Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this prize draw is Spots and Stripes Products Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11359354, with its registered office at The Hatch, High Street, Seend, Melksham, Wiltshire, United Kingdom, SN12 6NW ("the Promoter").
  2. Eligibility
    The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  3. How to Enter
    To enter the prize draw, participants must submit their full name and a valid email address via the official entry form. By entering, participants agree to be added to the Promoter’s marketing email list. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  4. Entry Period
    The prize draw opens on 19th July 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm BST on 31st July 2025. Entries received after this date will not be included in the draw.
  5. The Prize
    There are ten (10) prizes available. Each prize consists of one (1) copy of Teen Skin Care by Caroline Hirons. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  6. Winner Selection
    Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on 1st August 2025. The draw will be conducted fairly and independently using a random selection method.
  7. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
    Winners will be contacted via the email address provided within five (5) working days of the draw. Winners must claim their prize by responding to the notification within fourteen (14) days. If a winner does not claim the prize within this period, they will forfeit the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.
  8. Marketing Consent
    By entering the prize draw, participants agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
  9. Data Protection
    All personal data will be handled in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and the Promoter's privacy policy, which is available at: https://www.spots-and-stripes.com/pages/privacy-policy.
  10. Limitation of Liability
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical failures or other issues. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the prize draw or from acceptance or use of any prize.
  11. General
    The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw or these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The prize draw and these terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
