Key ingredients

Roman Chamomile – a small flower with powerful calming effects, it’s been used as a serious sleep inducer for centuries. Particularly suitable for children, research has shown it can also reduce nightmares.

Linden – pretty-smelling and calm-inducing, this oil is also known to do good things for acne, eczema and any irritated, unhappy skin.

Ylang Ylang – a delicious-smelling oil that helps to soothe stress, anxiety and sleeplessness. Also, known to balance hormonal changes.

Neroli Flower Water – a soothing, calming water, suitable for sensitive skin. It’s also anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. Bonus: it smells like heaven.

Aloe Vera Leaf Juice – an anti-oxidant-packed juice that helps to soothe, moisturise, reduce inflammation and zap bacteria.

We'll never go back.

I initially came across this lovely brand when my 11 year old daughter developed dandruff seemingly overnight. After a quick Google my eye was drawn to the happy hair shampoo (the packaging was appealing, prompting me to visit the website) upon reading Spots n Stripes back story the ethos of the brand was something that really aligned with me... Natural products specifically designed for teens and tweens and designed by a mum. I initially ordered the shampoo, cleansing wash and magic spot zapper cream. When I say that my daughter has been dandruff free from the first hair wash using your shampoo, I'm seriously not kidding! She has her beautiful, healthy hair back. I've since added to her collection. The cleanser and exfoliator keeps the odd pimple outbreak under control. The 'magic' cream is used morning and night and more recently the sleep and focus mood sprays have been invaluable as my daughter started High School this month. Also, everything smells wonderful, natural and fresh. The products may be slightly more expensive than other brands but I honestly wasted so much money on products that just didn't work. These products work!! We'd never go back.

Smells divine and easy to use

Love the smell of this spray and the bottle is small enough that my son can spray easily himself. I would have liked the smell to last longer but once its helped him off to sleep I guess its done its job. Also doesnt set his eczema-prone skin off. Would buy again.

So happy to hear that our Sleep spray is working it's magic. The reason it doesn't linger like a perfume is that it is alcohol-free (and therefore MUCH more gentle and safe on young skin). And you're right, it will do it's job even if the smell doesn't last as long.

Helps me sleep

A night time essential
