It’s full of incredible, natural anti-inflammatories and pain relievers that will downsize bruising, soothe aches and turbo-charge healing. How to use

Can be used head-to-toe for bruising, cramps, headaches, sprains and minor sports injuries. For bruises and muscle aches, warm a pea-sized blob of balm in your hands and gently massage into the affected area. For headaches, use fingers to gently massage a very small amount of balm into temples or forehead. For period pains and cramps, warm two pea-sized blobs of balm in your hands and rub onto your stomach in circular motions. Use three or four times a day for genius results.
