Key ingredients

Roman Chamomile – a small flower with powerful calming effects, it’s been used as a serious sleep inducer for centuries. Particularly suitable for children, research has shown it can also reduce nightmares.

Rosemary– shown by research to have a direct impact on brain chemistry. This natural big gun improves memory, increases mental clarity and boosts energy levels.

Magnolia Flower– delicious-smelling flower oil, used in aromatherapy to amp up confidence and boost well-being. It also helps to balance mood swings.

Neroli Flower Water– a soothing, calming water, suitable for sensitive skin. It’s also anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. Bonus: it smells like heaven.

Beautiful

My 8 year old loves these. A non-abrasive but deep, natural set of fragrances that leave a clean and fresh aroma. Suitable for boys or girls. Highly recommend trying these, focus is our favourite.

So popular with my grandchildren

Firstly, I do think the products are pricey so keep them for gifts and treats, however they are so popular with my grand children of both sexes and given the ethics and ideas of gentle healthy care aimed at early teens and tweens, I would rather give them these products than other alternatives. Re the mood sprays, I am assured they are fabulous.

Love these sprays

Bought these upon a friend’s recommendation for daughter (10). The sleep spray has been a massive hit; the focus spray was helpful during exams and the happy spray… well it does help with the tween hormonal changes we’re currently going through!

These products are amazing, my order arrived promptly and arrived in the most lovely professional packaging. These were ordered for my son for Christmas, as he is struggling a little lately, Yr 11 school pressure, loads of exams, considering his future in college, so many decisions and so much pressure at a young age. I was given this product as a gift from a friend. It came in impeccable packaging with gorgeous blue tissue paper within. Before I even smelt the scents, I loved them. And after, I fell in love. Not only that but they actually work and last forever. If anyone asks for present ideas I always recommend. So if you are reading these reviews hesitate to buy these because of the price, I can give you my word that they are amazing.
