Hands up everyone who has a teen/tween taking SATs or GCSEs right now! You probably know exactly what the stress, comfort food and long hours revising are doing to their skin.

Stress and lack of sleep makes your body produce flight or flight hormones - mostly cortisol and adrenaline. Cortisol tells bodies to up oil production and that leads to clogged pores and exam acne.

🤔How can a wash help with body acne? This isn’t a regular body wash! It’s full of ingredients that are amazing at zapping spots, clearing out blocked pores and smoothing bumpy body skin.

🛀🏻When do you use it? Whenever you wash your body! It’s sulphate-free, so it will be super-gentle on young skin.

🚿Do you rinse it off? Yes, just like a regular body wash. But we recommend that you leave it on the skin for a few minutes before you do, so the ingredients can work their magic.

☀️How often should you use it? Ideally every day, if you’re struggling with body acne and bumpy skin (it even helps Keratosis Pilaris).

⚡️How quickly will it make a difference? You should begin to see a difference after a couple of weeks of daily use. But, like cleansing your face, the more regularly you use it and the more consistent your routine, the quicker you’ll see the results.
